This week in Class 2 we have been carrying out various science experiments and investigations relating to the story The Three Little Pigs.

We were challenged to build a straw house that could hold a 500g weight. We made predictions about which materials we thought would move when blown and we tested them to see if our findings matched our predictions. Finally we went on a materials hunt around school to see if we could find items made from each of the materials on our list.

Phew! It was an exciting week and now know why the brick house was the best in the story.
